With campers and parents in mind, the meals at Pali are prepared in a healthy yet kid-friendly and delicious way. This food is no ordinary camp food! The kids will tell you just how much they love it! Fresh and gourmet, the food is prepared daily by Pali’s experienced executive chef and the wonderful kitchen staff, creating unique buffet-style meals three times a day.
The salad bar is always available during lunch and dinner. Vegetarian entrees are available at each meal.
Our dining hall also features fountain drinks and fabulous desserts with every dinner.
No camper ever leaves the dining hall hungry!
