If we had to choose one word to describe every member of the Pali Adventures staff, what would it be? Probably “extraordinary.” Luckily we don’t have to settle on just one word.

Meet the Pali Staff
Whether returning for an 8th summer at Pali or having joined the team in more recent years, all members of the Pali staff have been chosen after successfully completing a multi-phased hiring and training process, including a series of interviews, behavioral and personality assessments, detailed background and references checks and random drug testing to ensure only that the best and the brightest are ultimately chosen as role models and leaders for our campers.

To ensure a diverse and vibrant team, we have selected staff from across the globe. Whether from Australia, Asia, Europe or North America, each and every staff member is personally dedicated to making your summer at Pali an experience of a lifetime!

Staff Training
Pali Adventures believes that a well-trained, fun-loving, warm and caring staff is critical for the successful summer camp for each child.

Each summer, all of Pali’s staff are required to attend our 14-day staff training orientation period (industry standard is 8-days).  Our intensive training and development program, includes American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification, group case studies, conflict resolution classes, child psychology seminars and interactive programs to add to their ability to lead, supervise and relate to campers of all ages.

Specialty program leaders and staff are also selected for their extraordinary degree of expertise – from national certifications, to years of hands on experience, impeccable references and so much more. Their excellence and professionalism ensures the highest quality experience and the most powerful learning environment for Pali’s specialty campers.
